Description
The Company shall pay PRODUCER a percentage of the premium for business produced by PRODUCER and placed through the Company pursuant to the following: Contract Surety (bid, payment & performance bonds)— fifteen percent (15%) base commission plus an additional five percent (5%) incentive commission in the event the total contract surety premium produced by PRODUCER exceeds $250,000 for the calendar year. Such commissions will be paid to the PRODUCER for premium relating to the principals (Insureds) placed by the PRODUCER into the Company’s Contractor Credit Program.
