Description

AIM Processing's core service is small part plastic injection molding. Our reputation in small parts, the size of your fingernail to size of your hand, and our attention to detail has brought many customers to us through designers and material manufacturers. Our growth is a result of doing the right work for our customers and helping them succeed. Manufacturing and sales are your goal. What sets us apart? Our team will get you to your goal quickly & cost effectively. There are many molders who will read your part file, quote it, and head to production.

We have deep experience in small part plastic injection molding and a dedication to solving manufacturing challenges. Working with us, our customers save money somewhere in the process, whether it is in smartly designed tooling, consistent quality parts, efficient inventory management, or lower total cost of assembly with other parts. Let us help you put the puzzle together. We have customer s throughout the world, and we can discuss your design virtually or in person. Please call one of our experts, David Hewitt , to discuss your project scope and how we can assist.

One of AIM Processing's strengths is that it does not have in-house toolmaking - we subcontract the work to our network of competitive, qualified, and approved toolmakers. This runs counter to the norm a few years ago, when many customers were guided to believe that one-stop meant better delivery. Customers come to us with different needs. Some require tolerance of +/- 0.001", but not all do. Some require P-20, S-9, or H-10 steel for durability; some require aluminum for cooling or cost.

Our production facility operates with 11 presses 7 days a week in Longmont, Colorado. We ship worldwide to over 100 different customers in a wide range of industries. Our quality system is rigorous to meet the requirements of our 8 Fortune 500 customers but is flexible to accommodate more simple needs. We manage our business through a leading ERP system, an investment made long ago, to help us manage our costs & quality. This system enables us to route our work consistently and track the results for continuous improvement.

There are many different descriptions of Quality, but the one we like best is simple - "results that consistently meet or exceed expectations". Customers develop expectations based upon their unique needs. Two customers will have different expectations, and even the same customer will have different expectations for different programs. We work with you to understand your needs to develop a unique Quality Plan. Quality doesn't always drive cost higher if expectations are clear upfront.
