Air Choice One is delighted to provide service to Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Air Choice One is located in terminal 3.

"I recently used your airline to make a trip from Jonesboro, AR to St. Louis and back. Thank you for providing this service. Both flights were good. They left on time and the crew was conscientious, courteous and professional. Great landings! (I have experienced some not so great so I am in a position to judge.) The crew Tim Borrup and James Langel were top of the line. I will be returning to St. Louis next month and plan to use this flight again. Thank you for being here for us.

In Lambert St. Louis International Airport Air Choice One's ticket counter is located nearest entry 3 (from outside of terminal 1) and inside next to US Airways and across from American Airlines. Our gate is located also at Terminal 1, Concourse C, Gate 1.

"Just wanted to tell you how much - how very much - the last few years I have appreciated you guys being there and continuing to provide such exceptional service. Because of this there were several times I was able to get home to Decatur, IL much faster and spend more of my time off with my mom during her last years. My brother and I wanted to recognize you and the rest of the Air Choice One's exceptional staff, who were always so helpful and caring well beyond what I would have ever expected. Beyond that, I am sure that many people appreciate so much that you make it possible for them to afford to fly, and to do so in such an enjoyable way. I have certainly recommended you to friends and also business travelers who were reassured to hear about you! By the way, one of your younger pilots made probably the best landing I've ever experienced the day after the horrific wind storm in Chicago a couple of years ago! I wanted to make sure you knew that some of us out here really appreciate you.
