Description
Are you tired of paying high prices for air quality services to large, high overhead, multi-disciplined environmental companies? If so, you are one of many who now realize that using small, highly specialized firms with low overhead costs can provide a significant cost savings while still maintaining high levels of client support as well as quality and timeliness of work. "As an air quality consultant for over 21 consecutive years, I have seen many cycles regarding how industry perceives and uses outside contracted services. As the millennium approaches, I founded AirPermits.com to provide our clients with a continuing high quality of work at a significantly lower cost. The low overhead virtual office concept is capable of providing our clients with highly experienced air quality professionals at hourly labor rates comparable to those of entry or mid-level personnel at large consulting firms. The use of the available electronic media tools enhances the viability of the virtual office." Walter J. Russell AirPermits.com was founded in January of 1999 specifically to provide industrial clients with specialized air quality services at a very competitive cost. We provide comprehensive air quality services to meet the complex, challenging, and ever-changing needs of our clients. The usefulness of our work products depends not only on the technical content, but also on the organization of the document, completeness of information, and clarity of language. Because of our service-oriented commitment to our clients, almost all of our air quality projects are repeat business from previous clients. Walter J. Russell, President of airpermits.com, is a 26-year veteran of the air quality industry. Being an air quality consultant for 21 consecutive years, he has experienced a large variety of regulatory changes and has conducted air quality projects for a large number of industrial clients and facilities in many states. Mr. Russell ’s primary expertise is in the permitting of new/modified industrial sources and ambient air quality/meteorological measurements. He has also been significantly involved with assisting industrial clients with meeting the variety of requirements included in the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments (CAAA). Anita K. Lindell is the Director of Air Quality Engineering Services for airpermits.com. Anita is a chemical engineer with over eight years of experience in dealing with the engineering and emission control technology issues involved with permitting new/modified industrial sources. She has also led efforts in regulatory compliance, Title V air operating permits, and emission inventories for a variety of industries.
