Airplaco was originally founded in the 1940's as the Air Placement Equipment Company. The company began by manufacturing the “Bondactor® Gun,” one of the first pressure vessel dry-mix (Gunite) machines. Early on, the company found success by teaming with material suppliers to develop a product for Airplaco’s machines.

Airplaco Equipment Company and its parent company, Mesa Industries, have been forerunners in dry-mix (Gunite) and wet-mix shotcrete equipment manufacturing since the invention of the process. For over 60 years, Airplaco wet- and dry-process equipment has been preferred by the industry. Airplaco combines industry-proven manufacturing techniques and engineering innovations to deliver reliable machinery suited for today’s demanding material placement applications.

Pressure vessels are offered in standard sizes and custom designs. The standard models allow the choice for capacity, diameter, height and weight. Capacities are estimates based on liquid filled calculations and may vary from actual loading capacities. As an example, the model PM-6 consists of a six cubic feet capacity tank. More info .
