In that time we have assembled an exceptional group of professionals ready to take on a wide variety of electrical plant projects, substation construction, solar fields, new substation extensions, and public & private work jobs as well. Our history is filled with on-time completion of projects that have met or exceeded our customer's expectations.

Excavation is committed to building long-term relationships based on integrity, performance, value and client satisfaction. Since 2009 A.J. Excavation has worked in the Public, Federal, Private and Utility markets all over California.

Safety , is our top priority, and we are committed to teaching and preventing any foreseen possible hazards in the workplace. Our company strives for excellence with an EMR of .77 and that is only achieved when employees in the field have the same goal. Our company has morning, noon, and if there is any change of scope tailboards to identify any hazards, quarterly safety meetings, and random drug tests. Each crew member is equipped with a radio so that communication between the team on equipment and on the ground can always be achieved.

Our Company is structured to provide a cohesive, problem solving approach to the many issues facing clients in the electrical industry. A.J. Excavation's goal is to meet our clients needs in an expeditious, safe and cost effective manner.

A.J. Excavation Inc. has positioned itself to provide expertise in all facets of the electric utility industry with management and supervisory employees. Construction forces are fielded through the IBEW 1245, allowing us to provide as many crews as needed to get any job done.
