Mr. Madavi has over 20 years of executive-level experience in analog, mixed-signal, and DSP Integrated circuit semiconductor products. Currently, Mr. Madavi is the President of SPM Capital, a private investment firm focusing on the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Antoun joins Akros Silicon with 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he was president & CEO of AccelOps, Inc, a venture-backed software start-up that delivers a real-time multi-domain monitoring solution for network infrastructures and data centers. Prior to AccelOps, Mr. Antoun helped spin out MediSens from UCLA’s Wireless Health Institute; and before that was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Eldorado Ventures. Since 2000, Mr. Antoun has been CEO of Genesis Microchip (acquired by STMicroelectronics), Pixim Inc, and MediaQ (acquired by Nvidia).

Mr. Klessel has over twenty years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Pete joined Akros Silicon from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) where he managed sales for the Americas, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. During this time, MPS successfully penetrated several new markets in these regions.
