Description

Mr. Schiffman is a management executive with over 35 years of diversified experience in health care and gerontology. He received his Masters of Public Health in Health Care Administration in 1980 from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Social Work in 1963 from Columbia University. Following 20 years of hospital administration, which included strategic and facility planning, Mr. Schiffman was appointed Executive Director of a large, multi-program facility for the aged, including long-term care, senior housing, and other services for community-based senior citizens.
