Karen Washington joined AES in 1997 and manages the Office Staffing Division. Throughout her staffing and recruitment career at AES, she has built and continually ensured that the Office Staffing Division provides the highest quality service to all clients. That commitment includes thorough applicant screening, conducting in-depth interviews, conducting and analyzing appropriate computer skills testing, and performing detailed reference checks.

James Cross joined AES in 2013, and as General Manager he maintains the continuity of each Division and ensures professional standards throughout the organization. James brings sixteen years of diverse and progressive experience in manufacturing, commercial consulting, federal, state and local governments, and information technology. In 2010, James served as talent acquisition lead for a Fortune 300 global manufacturing company, and over the last sixteen years he successfully managed talent acquisition for a number of companies in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Diane Bachman manages the Medical Staffing Division, and she serves as AES’ Office Manager overseeing daily office operations. Shortly after receiving her B.A., Broadcast Journalism and Communications, University of Nevada, Reno, Diane entered the medical field managing a dental practice. After moving to Alaska, she joined AES in 1990 where she has accumulated years of experience in general recruitment, medical office recruitment, marketing and public relations. Diane’s dynamic style and commitment to client satisfaction ensures her clients a superior level of service.
