Alaska Heart Institute’s approach to patient care consists of a team of providers and staff for each physician’s clinic. We take great pride in the quality, talent, and experience of our board-certified physicians, certified advanced practice providers, and experienced staff.

This is a full-time position responsible for researching, investigating, retrieving and assimilating information necessary to provide patient care. Prepares and maintains patient information in the patient electronic medical record. Assembles patients' health information including medical history, exam results, X-ray reports, lab tests, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensures that all necessary information is in the patients chart.

Congestive heart failure (CHF) is one of the most common reasons people are admitted to the hospital. The goal of our CHF Clinic is to partner with you to provide the treatment, education and support you need to improve your quality of life and prevent repeated hospitalizations. The more you understand about your disease, the better we can work together to improve your condition.
