Description

Paramedic Systems was incorporated in the State of Rhode Island in 1986. In February of 1989 PSI purchased Alert Ambulance Service, of Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Alert was a small company of four vehicles, and twelve employees. During the past sixteen years Alert Ambulance Service has grown to include a corporate headquarters located in Fall River, Massachusetts and ten satellite locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Fall River location was opened in 1989, and began providing 24-hour seven day a week coverage to Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
