About Our Team AM&T consists of highly qualified, professional staff members who are dedicated to quality. Many of our employees have been part of our team for over 15 years. Our employees possess superb educational backgrounds, several with degrees in engineering, business management, and machining. Their specialized functional skill sets and wealth of practical knowledge in best manufacturing practices is our most valuable asset. They often offer design for manufacturability (DFM) advice. This advice is often incorporated into our customer’s design resulting in significant savings.

Our Quality Department is spearheaded by our state-of-the-art Mitutoyo and Starrett Coordinate Measuring Machines. We also have a complete array of precision inspection equipment including a full line of Deltronic gage pins, Sunnen Precision Hole gage, and a Federal air gage.
