Warranties Customer understands that Seller is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Seller or its Affiliates. In purchasing the Products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications, photographs or other illustrations representing the Products that may be provided by Seller or its Affiliates.

3. With respect to any claimed defects in hardware, Customer agrees to look solely to the manufacturer. In all events Customer shall first give AOS thirty days written notice of any alleged breach and the opportunity to contact the manufacturer to cure such breach (if such breach cannot be cured within said thirty-day period, AOS shall have such additional time as is reasonably necessary to contact the manufacturer concerning the same..
