We are looking for candidates that have experience in the Hospitality industry or work previously in hotels as a Front Desk agent or Reservation Agent with great personality and passion for customer service. The Room Reservations Department works in a very fast-pace office work environment with heavy call volume that offers prompt and professional service. Some of the duties that a Reservation Agent would perform would be answering all inquiries pertaining to the hotel including room types, rates, and restaurant, as well as any inquires of the surrounding areas.
