Monroney The process of “Defusion” was originally created for people with the learning disabilities and has been developed to “defuse” a wide and varied range of issues that block us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Anything that ultimately prevents us from deeply and freely accessing all of our gifts and talents can be cleared with this very simple process. By freeing ourselves from these blocks we then allow ourselves to live our lives to the absolute fullest with joy and confidence. Defusable issues are endless, but include disappointment, anger, relationship issues, low self esteem, manifesting, obsessive thinking, connecting to our intuition and our life’s purpose to name a few. Several years ago I prayed quietly to myself. I asked for a way that would allow me to work on my own issues. I asked for a way that would take the co-dependency out of doing my own personal and spiritual work. Give me the freedom to create, direct and manifest my life and my own growth with ease, grace and with joy. It was soon after I was introduced to this process. I had forgotten my heartfelt prayer; I was not originally attracted to the process. I offered a ride to a healer and out of courtesy I “allowed” her to do the process on me. Ha! Little did I know I was facing my destiny and the one thing that I had asked for that would change my life, my Self and my ability to heal not only myself, but ease others journeys, as well.
