P aquita Bath has worked with the Mesoamerican Reef Leadership Program for the last three years. Paquita plays a key role in training leaders in project design. She facilitates workshops using The Nature Conservancy’s Conservation Action Planning method, which she has adapted to the needs of the MAR Leadership Program. She has also acted as a mentor for each leader in the 2011 and 2012 cohorts, helping them develop strong and marketable project proposals. Paquita has an extraordinary ability to adapt to multicultural environments.

As the founder of Aligning Visions, I am excited about working with you on the conservation opportunities and challenges facing your organization and region. I have been extremely fortunate to have spent my career working with committed organizations who are advancing solutions to local and global problems that I care deeply about. Aligning Visions reflects my passion for providing opportunities and building the capacity of organizations that can more sustainably manage our environment.

Helping organizations undertake self-assessments and identify the areas where they most want to increase their proficiency is often Aligning Vision's most important contribution. Once organizations are clear about where capacity investments are needed, I enjoy working with them to develop the systems, customized training, and leadership development opportunities to support new behaviors and practices.
