Charles W. Crawford, Sr. is the President of CCMS, Inc. For thirteen years he served in middle management with General Motors Corporation as departmental manager for the distribution of parts and equipment in Dallas, Texas. This distribution center is one of only seven in the United States. In 1980, Charles was afforded the opportunity to further expand his managerial career. He became a successful property manager and marketing force in resort property management prior to being named Vice President of CCMS, Inc. in 1984 and President in 1995.

The Meeting Coordinator is our on-site event expert, and is also available to assist you with your banquet and catering plans. Our Meeting Coordinator is dedicated to discussing your group’s requirements, and can make recommendations, reserve your space, and will be on site to handle all of your meeting needs. If you don't see an event listed on this page that meets your needs, just inquire and we can surely arrange accommodations that will suit your specific event's needs!

Naomi Cole, Kathy Vana, Constance Hominick, Barbie Barr, Mitzi Foley, Brenda Bensley, Laura Castleberry and Jessica Dougherty provide auxiliary bookkeeping services to the CCMS properties. Each professional has front line experience in Port Aransas/Mustang Island in either a CCMS managed property or another beach resort. Each excel in owner/guest service and satisfaction and all demonstrate proficiency in multiple areas of resort and Association management.

CCMS, Inc. was incorporated in 1984, with offices at 13941 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas. We moved into our new office building on August 17, 1995, located at 200 South Alister Street, Suite C, Port Aransas, Texas 78373.

Secondly, "our meeting coordinator" will discuss your meeting needs, make recommendations and reserve your space. Then, your short form contract will be sent directly to you. At the time of your meeting, your coordinator will be on site to handle all of your meeting needs.
