We are a team of Seasoned Professionals who are wholly committed to providing the most professional, effective residential property management services available.As President of the company Gene Bennett brings a wealth of experience to his clients. Currently less than 20 people in the United States have the Property Management Credentials that he has attained over the years. Gene is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Real Estate Broker, having taught hundreds of students. He wrote several courses; including the "Principles of Property Management" that was offered at the University of Central Florida, adult education programs, and other real estate schools. Gene has a BA degree in "Real Estate" and an AA degree in "Business Administration" from LaSalle. Gene is dedicated to the property management industry having served on numerous boards and committees with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Gene also served as the founding president of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM). We are proud to have Gene as a part of our property management team.As Vice President of the company Gail Moncla brings a wealth of experience to her clients of All American Management. Currently less than 20 people in the United States have the Property Management credentials that she has attained.
