At E-Pool Supply, we do not have access to your pool or spa and therefore cannot accept any responsibilty or liability for products that do not work with or are not compatible with your system. Manufacturer's Customer Service Centers can best determine your exact needs. Since there is in excess of over 22,000 individual products in the pool industry alone, and geographical location may influence application, the buyer assumes all responsibilty and liability without exception. In most cases the problem is not a product problem but a deficiency in the system or misapplication of products.
