Expected outcomes include pain management, increased range of motion, reduced soft tissue inflammation, improved contractile and noncontractile tissue healing, improved mobility or stability, and the restoration of movement and function. Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapists complete a two to four year formal curriculum and residency program in addition to earning their Professional Degree in Physical Therapy.
