All Vacuum Center started in 1976 at the corner of 20th and Greenup Streets in Covington as a father and son vacuum sales and repair shop owned by Jim Cain, a door-to-door salesman for over 24 years. His son Steve came into business as a repairman in mid summer that year and took over full operation in 1987. He has been at the business of selling and repairing new and used vacuums and keeping his thousands of customers happy for almost two-thirds of his life. Steve?s store manager and right hand man is Jamie. He has been at the shop for 10 years now and specializes in repairs as well as sales. WHEN YOU DEAL WITH US, YOU DEAL WITH THE OWNERS, NOT AN EMPLOYEE ON COMMISSION WHO IS ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR PAYCHECK. All Vacuum Center has always taken pride in their service. We repair most makes and models, and in most cases have your unit repaired within two days. We carry a full line of parts, bags, filters, belts, hoses, cords, and more. We will also track down hard to find parts that no one else will. We offer door-to-door service, meaning we will unload your unit from your car, carry it in for you, and return it to your vehicle upon pick-up. We offer warranty service on DYSON, RICCAR, MIELE, BISSELL, RUG DOCTOR, EUREKA, DIRT DEVIL, ROYAL, SEBO, PRO TEAM, SANITAIRE, ELECTROLUX & all products we sell. We do not believe in pressuring our customers to buy a new vacuum just because we can make a bigger profit than repairing the old one...
