In January of 2003, Leland Berliner purchased the business and added spas to the business because of his background with Sundance Spas. Literally, within months, All Valley BBQ, Spa & Patio quickly became recognized as 'the place' to buy a high-quality hydrotherapy spa without the pricing games that most people were experiencing elsewhere in the Valley. ErgoSpas and All Valley teamed up to offer the Coachella Valley great products at lower prices, and because of this, became a volume dealer by 2004. In August of 2005, All Valley BBQ, Spa & Patio moved from their 2000 sq. ft. showroom to their new, larger showroom in Old Town Indio that offered twice the showroom space and usable outside warehouse storage. This expanded showroom offers customers the ability to see many different island and spa designs, in addition to a huge selection of accessories. Steve & Ellie Berliner worked the business with son Leland full-time, keeping the warmth of the business and helping customers as they've always done. In January of 2006, All Valley BBQ, Spa & Patio became a California Corporation, and thus, entered the manufacturing business with stainless steel accessories for their growing bbq business. While Leland owns the business, Ellie & Steve continually 'drop in' to say hello to clients, and sometimes help while Leland is away.
