Software Support Specialist Allegiance is seeking a software support specialist with excellent communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include phone and email support, client training, software testing and documentation writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and willingness to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends a must. Knowledge of Allegiance software products, experience in customer service and/or software support and training helpful. A 4-year degree in mass communications or education or equivalent a plus.
