Allegra Development began its first major industrial development for PTI Engineered Plastics in 1996. This was a 45,000 square foot industrial facility located in Shelby Township, Mich. Since then Allegra Development has been dedicated to designing and creating aesthetically pleasing, highly functional space for companies that provide a high level of value. Allegra Development by design remains a small company that offers large capabilities. The primary goal is a hands-on approach with every project. By remaining lean Allegra Development can respond quickly to new opportunities.
