Founded in 1994 by Cyndie Koopsen, RN, MBA, HNC and Caroline Young, MPH, ALLEGRA Learning Solutions, LLC provides print and online continuing professional education courses for nurses and health care professionals. Cyndie Koopsen is a registered nurse with a certification in public health and holistic nursing and a Master of Business Administration degree. She has cared for patients in many settings, including acute care, community clinics, and the home. In addition, she has designed, developed, and presented educational seminars and programs for multicultural audiences covering the entire spectrum of health promotion, chronic disease management, and disease prevention. Caroline Young holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master of Public Health degree with an emphasis in health promotion. Her extensive public health background includes expertise in research, design, development, marketing, implementation, and evaluation of community health programs. She also has expertise in developing education and health promotion programs for culturally diverse populations, senior populations, and faith communities. Cyndie and Caroline have been actively involved in the health care field for a combined total of over 40 years. Both have traveled extensively to many countries and have a keen interest in cultures and health practices throughout the world.
