Charles A. Haines is the Managing Partner of Allen Adell. Prior to founding his own company in 2003, Mr. Haines was a Vice President with Management Recruiters International (MRI) for over 14 years. During his 19 year career as an executive recruiter, he has consulted with hundreds of healthcare organizations to define, recruit and successfully complete searches for C-level, VP and Director roles as well as for critical functional positions in operations, sales, marketing and human resources.

By limiting its number of client partnerships, Allen Adell does not encounter the conflicts and recruiting restrictions experienced by many firms. This strategy allows the company to develop in-depth relationships with its customers in order to understand their strategy, organizational capabilities, competencies and culture.
