He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Embry-Riddle University.

Bill Joyner joined Alliance Construction in 1998. In his capacity as President, Bill manages construction for the company. With more than 28 years experience in large-scale public and private-sector projects, Mr. Joyner is accustomed to accelerated schedules, supervising labor and subcontractors and working with the public and regulatory agencies. Bill has a passion for employee training, education and development.

For the Burr Oak Design Center, Alliance Construction Solutions was chosen as the Design/Build contractor based largely on our dedication and experience in the LEED Northern Colorado program for sustainable building alternatives and green building practices. The project team worked together to build one of the most energy-efficient buildings in Northern Colorado and incorporated heating and air conditioning systems that consume only one-fifth of the energy of traditional buildings; natural lighting; "dark-sky" artificial lighting to reduce light pollution.

Following schematic documents, design development documents and construction documents, Alliance provides clients with detailed estimates of their project cost. Alliance prepares all estimates in a customized format and reviews those estimates with the client and architect. We develop a scope of work specific to each project and provide pricing based upon that projected work plan. This method, rather than the traditional “cost per square foot method” provides the client with a comprehensive basis for cost analysis and further design considerations.
