Founded in 1919 by Charles Allison Sr. and headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Allison Fence was only one of three fence contractors within North and South Carolina. Because the roads in Charlotte were so poor at the time, Charles Allison Sr. had to take the train to various towns selling fences.

Allison Fence has taken great pride in offering unparalled fence services and quality products to the Charlotte metro area for more than 90 years. In 2012, Allison was purchased by Seegars Fence Company, joining one of the largest and most trusted fence companies in the industry with 16 offices in the Mid-Atlantic region.
