Allison has a talented and entrepreneurial senior management team that averages more than 130 years of combined industry experience. Chairman, Steve Orlando founded the Company in 1995. Following the founding of the Company, Orlando assembled a talented group of senior managers to lead its transformation from a small, specialized service provider into an industry-leading turn-key solutions provider and top major fabricator.

Murray graduated from The University of Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Chad holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

We specialize in establishing logical order among multiple challenges, dare to be creative in crafting efficient solutions, and have emerged as the champion of integrated marine and shore based services to the offshore Gulf of Mexico arena.

Our mission is to approach every project as an opportunity to provide project management, along with all necessary technical and engineering support available, to ensure safe, effective solutions to any issues that may emerge.
