Steve joined the Allmark team as its CFO in 2009. He brings over 25 years of financial management experience in various industries ranging from Fortune 500 firms to privately held mid-sized companies. Past responsibilities include strategic planning, tax compliance, safeguarding company assets through the development and enforcement of internal controls and procedures, risk management, capital budgeting, process improvement, and financial analysis. Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Illinois University in 1985 and an MBA in Finance from Cal State East Bay in 1993.
