Established in 1949, Allstate Moving & Transfer, Co. has a long history of providing exceptional moving and storage services. Founder George Novy was intent on offering reliable, professional moving services to the greater metropolitan area. George Novy received his first truck as a gift from a fellow mover in Linden, New Jersey, in appreciation for his assistance during a large move. George used that truck and combined it with his excellent customer service and dedication to create Allstate Moving & Transfer. Several years after Allstate Moving & Transfer began, George's son, Stuart, joined the business. In 1972, Stuart purchased the company, thereby continuing the family's "Commitment to Excellence" in service to their customers. Today, Allstate Moving & Transfer, Co., provides the highest quality of moving services with a fleet of eight straight truck, two pack vans, and three over-the-road tractor-trailers. Along with our moving trucks, we use the most modern equipment and we have a 30,000 square foot warehouse where we store our clients' belongings and records. We are both government approved and inspected, and have a long record of satisfied customers and excellent service.
