Allure Pools & Spas owner & President Colleen Grande has worked tirelessly in the pool industry for more than 21 years. Based on her experience of working with other pool companies, she saw a real void in the “attention to detail,” and an over-emphasis on “profit margins” vs. job quality and the homeowner’s satisfaction. She knew that Las Vegas area homeowners and business owners deserved better.
