Strong mechanical, plumbing, electrical and/or control aptitude . Good interpersonal skills . Proven-problem solving skills . Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) . Competency in oral and written communication . Strong focus on customer satisfaction Description Allwater Supply LLC Account Managers support our clients by developing new business opportunities while maintaining an existing customer base. In addition to business development, responsibilities include working with facility personnel to improve the efficiency of customer plant operations. The service aspect of this position includes, among other things, evaluation of plant operating equipment, hands on equipment start-up, operational training, water testing, data acquisition and monitoring, writing price quotations, and maintaining operational equipment. The candidate will be exposed to many types of industrial and municipal water treatment equipment and chemicals including processing equipment, water treatment and pre-treatment equipment and chemicals. Such as chemical metering pumps, polymer make down systems, Dry Chemical Handling Systems, RO, DI, boiler and cooling tower treatment, and a wide range of piping, valves and pumps. This position requires the ability to work independently and will involve direct interaction with customers, engineering firms and management.
