These counterfeit products are of an inferior quality or performance. There is a high risk that the use of these counterfeit products can lead to a reduction of product life and reliability, or product failure. AOS will not be liable to any party for any claim, liability or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any counterfeit product.
