Ms. Christine Fiske joined the Alpha team in 2004. Chris has 10 years of experience in medical transcription services, to include duties as a transcriptionist, QA, Team Leader, Nuance Dictaphone Enterprise Speech System administrator, and now Production Manager for all of ALPHA's VA Medical Center and DOD work throughout the United States and overseas. She brings an educational background in Registered Health Information, along with 20+ years of experience in the medical transcription industry.

Mr. Runyon has over 25 years of experience in the transcription and support services industry, including owning and operating a successful national medical and legal transcription service. Mr. Runyon also served his country in the United States Army as the Legal Administrator for The Judge Advocate General of the Army working in the Pentagon.
