AlphaOne teamed up with Keane to develop & implement technology architecture standards for the new Encyclopedia Brittanica Online AlphaOne teamed up with RCG and developed an Internet Project Management Methodology. We also developed and taught this course throughout the US & Canada. AlphaOne downsized services to focus on its core competencies - Web Design & Hosting, Project Management & Data Center Management. We expanded our web hosting capabilities, and devoted a lot of time to providing reduced rate services to worthwhile charitable organizations. AlphaOne spun off a Christian Technology Ministry, Webs 4 Christ which handles all Christian & secular charitable organizations. AlphaOne expanded its service offerings to include Reseller Web Hosting & Dedicated Servers AlphaOne began offering Web Hosting Classes for web hosting start up businesses AlphaOne partnered with ControlScan to offer improved Internet Security & Certification to its web hosting & web design customers.

Not only do we provide you with these advanced features but, unlike most hosts who will not provide support for add-ons or modules, we ALWAYS attempt to give technical support for any question you have on 3rd party applications in our Customer Support Forums. While we can not guarantee always having an answer since these are not "standard" web hosting issues, we will always try, and at the least will be able to point you in the right direction to get additional assistance from experts.

AlphaOne began offering LAN/WAN services, and, with GWA Services, opened offices in Boston, Raleigh-Durham, San Jose, Chicago & Springfield, IL AlphaOne began offering Internet Business Management Consulting services to firms like Walgreens & IBM, as well as to our usual midsize business customers AlphaOne sold AlphaOne Online & no longer provided dial-up Internet Service or web hosting AlphaOne teamed up with NRC & developed an on-line courseware & testing application for NET-G. This software was purchased by Microsoft and was used to begin MS Certification online testing.

In 2002 AlphaOne made some choices to assure that we were aligned with our Mission Statement. We focused on our core competencies - web hosting & design, data center & project management and local onsite support services in the northwest suburban Chicago area. We vowed to know our customers and provide them with a level of personal support and service that we see seriously lacking almost everywhere in the Web Hosting & Web Design industry.
