Alpine is a new woman owned Demolition Company to the Chicago land area based on old principles. Alpine is founded by Kelli and Karsten Pawlik to continue the thirty-five year Pawlik family tradition of providing demolition services to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Alpine will strive to do the following: Ø Provide accurate estimates in a timely fashion. Ø Performed value engineering to reduce demolition costs. Ø Inform clients during the bid process of local requirements such as fencing and utility cut offs. Ø Keep customers informed on the status of the demolition permit and job start. Ø Perform demolition and cleanup to specifications. Ø Address environmental issues as per current laws. Ø Do the job right the first time. Ø Pay attention to detail. Ø Coordinate work closely with the customer’s schedule and needs. Ø Perform demolition in a safe manner. Alpine will use the latest in information and communication technology to achieve the above goals. Modern equipment will be used to perform projects efficiently. Material will be sorted and recycled to the greatest extent possible. Experienced personnel trained in safety will perform projects.
