Embarking on his third decade of wine-making, JK Estates owner, Mark Gendron, is dedicated to creating soft, round, luscious wines that have been the cornerstone of his success.Having discovered the excitement of blending the best lots of grapes into his award winning wines, Mark sends to your table an experience of his life’s passion. His wines recently won Gold & Silver at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

Mark’s experience in the wine industry began in 1990 when he purchased a benchmark vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles and started a small family winery that grew to 30,000 cases. His knowledge of the Paso Robles, Central Coast, Lodi and Sierra Foothills appellations along with the great relationships he has developed over the years has allowed him to purchase the best quality wines and grapes these regions have to offer.

The AIDS Legal Referral Panel was founded in 1983 by attorneys Frederick Hertz, Steven Richter, Mark Senick, and Gary James Wood. It was originally a committee of the LGBT organization Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF). Hertz, Richter, Senick, and Wood understood that many gay men in the Bay Area were near death from complications of AIDS. In addition, they were without the knowledge or resources to create wills and durable powers of attorney.
