The Altadena Town & Country Club has the following positions available: I. Job Title: Kids Klub Counselor Reports to: Kids Klub Supervisor General Function: Supervise groups of children, plan and implement a variety of activities in a small and large group setting. A counselor helps achieve Club goals with children and acts as a member of the Altadena Town and Country Club staff team. Minimum Requirements: Must be 16 years of age, have experience working with children, understand the developmental needs of children, sensitive toward the problems and pressures of parents, and have the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff. Applicant should have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Kids Klub staff must be able to work Wednesday through Saturday evenings, Sunday afternoons, Club-wide special events which include the Children’s Holiday Party (Dec.), 4th of July party, New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, and other assorted special events as needed.
