Fernando has been in the landscape industry for over 12 years and has seen it all. He has been on the landscape team at the Four Seasons Resort Dallas for most of those years. Fernando has vast experience in shrub and tree layout, as well as installation. He is a key component in managing projects, coordinating and communicating with staff. Fernando has developed into the leader of the installation crews. Fernando has honed his skills in masonry, and has an exceptional eye for detail. Fernando has been with Altered Grounds for 4 years and his experience is invaluable to the company.

1. Initial Consultation • We will set up an appointment with you to review the scope and complexity of your project. Discuss the goals, budget and concerns for your property in order to establish a design that fits your needs and compliments your property. 2. Site Analysis & Preliminary Research • We will then conduct a site analysis and obtain measurements and other key features as they relate to the project. The site analysis is a very important step in the design process which will help identify sun and wind patterns, topography, problem areas and existing site conditions. 3.

The annuals we use are also direct from a local grower. They are grown to the highest quality and are root established prior to our use. We have years of experience in designing color beds that will complement your existing landscape and give you the “punch” and “pop” that will make your landscape stand out from the rest.
