Alternative Claims Services, Inc. is a privately held Nationwide Independent Adjusting Firm that provides Multi-Line and Catastrophe Claims Services. Our network of Nationwide Vendors provides a foundation to the services that we offer and allows Alternative Claims Services to provide a quality investigation, in a timely manner, at a competitive price. Alternative Claims Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 by the current company President Gary Hoffman. The foundation that the company was started with 10 years ago is still the basis of every assignment received.

Alternative claims services is able to provide immediate claims services throughout the United States. Our licensees bring over sixty years of claims adjusting experience and provide your policy holders with the utmost in customer service.

We provide a proprietary group of adjusters that are exclusive to Alternative Claims Services to a select group of companies. These adjusters are required to pass a stringent background examination and carry their own errors and omissions insurance.

Alternative Claims Services understands that a commercial loss can be a major exposure to our Insurance carriers and provides a 24-hour response to all commercial losses. We provide a single adjuster or a team of adjusters depending on the size of the loss to quickly respond to the needs of the Insured and the Carrier.
