- Insurance companies, jurisdictional authorities, and engineering consultant firms all employ personnel of varying levels of training and expertise. Many recommendations promulgated by such sources, while not incorrect, do not provide all alternate solutions. In most cases other solutions are applicable, some of which may be more economical; or, better meet the needs of the property owner. AIE specializes in providing such alternative cost-effective service.

Our team performs risk and hazard analysis, code interpretation, hydraulic analysis, and design services for all system types. AIE’s design team has experience in tenant build-outs, tenant improvements, system upgrades, and retro-fit installations in existing facilities and new facilities of various types and sizes.
