Since our beginning in 1996, we have expanded our professional support to include practical and useful products and services. We, of course, still provide the services that our customers rely on such as network support, computer, printer, and fax machine repair. One major addition to our company offerings is our becoming an Authorized Dealer for Nextel in April 2004. We are especially excited about this additional aspect of our business since it helps maintain constant access with office operations available in various mobile devices. As technology changes and more demand is placed on efficient daily business operations, it became obvious to us there was a great need for secure, remote data backup for our customers. Having realized the crippling effect data loss has on a company, we filled the void of convenient, automated data backup by establishing our very own Data Guardian Service (DGS).
