We specialize in proxy services for open and closed-end funds, and have successfully managed a number of the largest and most difficult proxy solicitation campaigns ever conducted by a fund complex. AST Fund Solutions, LLC was founded in 1995 to provide clients with strategic management of public securities bankruptcy reorganizations and contested corporate proxy solicitation shareholder meetings.

The firm began providing proxy solicitation services to corporate issuers in 2002 and to mutual funds in 2003. Building on early successes with mutual fund proxy solicitation, in 2004 the firm then expanded and upgraded its original 60-seat call center to a state-of-the-art 300-seat secure facility with capacity for 100,000 shareholder contacts per day. In 2005 the firm became a full service mutual fund proxy provider expanding into mailing and tabulation.
