Richard Altmark, Scott Rotter and Jeffrey Saff formed Altmark, Rotter & Saff in October of 1992. At that time all three attorneys were working for different firms and realized that we wished to come together and form a firm that could really help people. With our no nonsense, aggressive approach, we have been able to very effectively represent thousands of people in all types of legal matters and have recovered millions of dollars for our clients. One of the things that we learned very early in our careers was that sometimes insurance companies do not behave as we would hope. As a result, we have found that we are frequently required to actually take cases to trial. Because of this experience, we do not fear trying cases, be it before a Jury or Judge. This puts us in a very good position to make certain that our clients receive every dime to which they are entitled-not just what an insurance company may offer or feel is adequate. Over the years, our practice has become concentrated in helping people in the pursuit of Workers' Compensation claims, automobile accidents claims and other accident matters. We have, however, also continued to represent our clients in many other types of cases as well.
