Last Spring I purchased a used O2 concentrator from these folks. About a week after it arrived it suddenly would not put our adequate LPM. Upon learning of this ASP immediately advised to return the unit, at their expense. At the same time they also agreed not only to replace the subject unit but to also switch it out with another brand/make of similar equipmet also at no additional cost. In all fairness I can honestly say that I have never had an experience [ever] with any internet vendor that compares to the honesty and courtesy aforded by Bob at ASP.

ASP works with all sizes of health care providers from smaller one site companies to large national organizations. Our close relationship with Fedex allows us to service any state quickly and cost effectively. Whether it’s selling refurbished equipment , consulting, or performing service and repairs , ASP is the company with the experience and integrity other companies trust to work with.
