Richard Dougherty, President of Ambassador Homes Inc, is a second-generation builder with over three decades of residential construction experience. He handles the land development and construction management of Ambassador Homes building activities as well as overseeing home design. Rich, formerly of Woodridge Construction, has recently completed 34 homes at Woodridge in South Coventry, 11 homes at Polo Run in West Whiteland, and 35 homes at Hunters Ridge in Upper Uwchlan, as well as several other custom home projects throughout the area. Their most recent development was a four lot subdivision at Brandie Layne Court in East Vincent and Dorchester Place a 6 lot subdivision in North Coventry. Bill Hess, Vice President, has a management and financial background and oversees land development and land acquisition, sales, and Marketing. Together they bring experience and dedication to provide superior homebuilding, built to specifications, which exceed the industry standards. Ambassador Homes prides itself on Customer satisfaction by customizing the home that meets the needs and expectations of their homeowners.
