After spending time in the industry, we applied 20+ years of software development experience to develop a solution that meets these needs. We knew we could not develop useful software in an office, so we spent time working with stores in the industry, asking what they needed. When we put new features in place, we solicited feedback to make sure we got it right. When it wasn’t, we fixed it. We discovered that although there are similarities between stores, there are also a lot of differences. We made the software flexible so we could change a few settings to meet the needs of our customers.

In this environment, the clerk often needs information to make wise decisions or alert a supervisor when there is a potential problem.
