Dear Motorcycle Enthusiast, This is the 17th year for the Custom Motorcycle Show and it should be warmer this year for sponsors and attendees because this year’s show is the first weekend in April, 2 weeks later than last year’s mid -march show. Here are a few of important items to note for this year’s event. Easier move in /out and Free Parking. Fire Marshall insists all bikes on the floor must: a) disconnect batteries, b) gas tank no more than 1/4 full, c) Gas tanks must be locked or Event Staff will seal gas caps. . - -Booth space rental rate is $500.00 per booth if paid prior to March 1, 2010. Booth rental is $600 for payments received after March 1. - - In an effort to streamline the booth space rental process we are sending out this letter/fax so you can return it and we can confirm your reservation.
