Amerec has more than 20 independent sales agencies with offices in major U.S. and Canadian cities, and we have a network of authorized repair representatives available nationwide. Our products are manufactured in the Seattle, WA area, and we ship from warehouses located in Minnesota and Washington to ensure timely delivery.

All component parts, including controls and accessories, are covered for five (5) years from the date of installation and we provide in-home labor for up to two (2) years from the date of installation for products installed in residential applications. In-home warranty service is provided by a network of authorized repair agents throughout the U.S. and Canada.
